Our in-depth Hearing Aid Service Process consists of the following:

1. A Comprehensive Audiologic Evaluation will be conducted to determine the type and amount of your hearing loss.
2. A Referral for Physician Services will be made if you present symptoms of a Medical Ear Problem.
3. A Complete Explanation will be made to You and Your Spouse or Family Members regarding the "State-Of-Your-Hearing".
4. Hearing Aid Models, Technology and Sizes will be thoroughly described to You and Your Family Members.
5. If Your Tests Show Benefit from Amplification, Hearing Aids will be Recommended, and if you concur, impressions of your ears will be taken to construct Your Custom Hearing Aids.
6. After we Select your Hearing Aids together (Size, Model and other features), Your instruments will be manufactured at Dr.Goldstein’s WRA designed lab in Broadview Heights, or from an out-of-state lab if Level 2, 3, or 4 Technology is selected.
7. Within Two Weeks of your order, you will be fit with your New Instruments. A Personal Wearing Schedule will be explained, and Follow-Up Check Ups will be scheduled.
8. Your Hearing Aid Fitting may be confirmed with real in-the-ear measurements.
9. All of the Production and Audiology Staff associated with Dr. Goldstein’s WRA will work with You, and Your Family, to achieve an Excellent Hearing Aid Fitting.
10. We keep in close touch with you for the first month so that you can let us know how you are doing and we can gauge how many check up visits will be necessary to make your fitting completely successful.
